Yes. You can request accommodation for one employee, several colleagues or a larger project team. Include the number of guests and the required sleeping arrangements in your enquiry.

Can you provide several separate apartments for one team?

Yes, subject to availability. Send one enquiry with your dates, guest numbers and sleeping requirements. We can review several separate apartments and present suitable options in one coordinated offer. Apartments in the same building or next to each other are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Can our colleagues share one apartment?

Tell us whether colleagues can share rooms, need separate bedrooms or require separate apartments. An apartment’s maximum occupancy does not necessarily mean that a separate bed is available for every guest, so the required bed arrangement must be confirmed.

Can we request accommodation for 21 nights or more?

Yes. For stays of 21 nights or more, send your dates and requirements to request an extended-stay offer. Pricing depends on the apartment, period, length of stay and availability.

Can the stay be extended if a project takes longer?

Contact us as early as possible with the proposed new departure date. An extension depends on apartment availability and agreement on the additional dates and price.

How do company invoicing and payment work?

Include your company details and any invoicing requirements in the enquiry. We agree the total price, invoice schedule, payment terms and booking conditions before the accommodation is confirmed.

Is cleaning included during a longer booking?

During longer bookings, cleaning of common areas is included every three weeks. Any apartment-specific details are confirmed in the offer before booking.

Where needed and applicable, we can help with the practical process of residential address registration in Tallinn. Whether registration is possible depends on the relevant requirements and the employee’s individual circumstances.
