Tallinn Stay is run by Liis and Erik Ahlberg, combining hospitality operations, guest experience, marketing and digital development.

Liis Ahlberg

Liis has worked in accommodation since 2012 and studied hospitality management. Her experience includes leading the opening of two hotels in Estonia and Belgium, managing guest apartments in Tallinn and training hosts across Estonia.

Liis is an Airbnb Superhost and an Airbnb Community Leader in Estonia. At Tallinn Stay, she focuses on hosting standards, apartment operations and the practical details that shape the guest experience.

Erik Ahlberg

Erik is responsible for Tallinn Stay’s marketing, website and development. His focus is helping guests and company clients discover suitable apartments, understand the details and arrange their stay as clearly as possible.

With a background in marketing and hands-on involvement in the accommodation business, Erik develops Tallinn Stay’s digital presence and direct booking journey.

Tallinn Stay grew from years of working directly with guests, apartments and accommodation teams. Our experience includes opening hotels, managing furnished apartments in Tallinn, training hosts and helping both individual guests and companies arrange accommodation.

That practical background shapes how we present every apartment. We aim to make the important details clear before booking — from sleeping arrangements and parking to kitchens, laundry, arrival and suitability for a longer stay.

We believe good accommodation starts before the guest reaches the door: with clear communication, realistic information and an apartment prepared for the agreed arrival date.
